Step 1:
Refer a client

Refer a client to one of our eligible rental properties.*

Step 2:
Get credited on the application

Have them include your name in the "Referred By" section of their secure application.

Step 3:
Receive your reward after move-in

Once they successfully move-in and pay all required move-in rent charges, you'll receive your referral fee!

*Promotion applies to eligible rental properties. Real estate agent must be an active, fully licensed realtor. Referred renter must move in to home and pay first month's rent and any move-in fees in full before referral fee can be provided.
