ResiHome Code of Conduct & Fee Schedule
This Tenant Code of Conduct & Fee Schedule (“Code of Conduct”) is attached to and made a part of the Lease Agreement
between Lessor and Tenant for the Premises. Tenant acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the following rules and regulations
outlined in this Code of Conduct. Failure to pay any fees charged to Tenant as a result of a violation of this Code of Conduct
will result in termination or eviction pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement.
Rules & Regulations:
- Tenant shall pick up any dog and/or pet waste and dispose of such in Tenant’s own trash receptacle.
- Tenant shall keep all dogs and/or pets on a leash when outside of the Premises.
- Tenant shall not allow dogs and/or pets to be left outside unattended for extended time frames.
- Tenant agrees that all dogs and/or pets must be accompanied by an adult when outside of the Premises.
- Tenant shall respect the boundaries of the Premises and shall ensure minor occupants, children, pets, and backyard
grills/barbecues stay within the property surrounding the Premises or on the Premises. - Tenant shall not erect or install exterior structures, including but not limited to fences, dog kennels, swing sets,
swimming pools, and/or sheds, without the prior written approval by the Lessor. - Tenant shall adhere to all posted speed limits and be cautious of pedestrians within the community, to the extent the
Premises is located within a community or subdivision. - To the extent possible, Tenant agrees that there shall be no on-street parking at the Premises if the Premises is equipped
with a driveway or designated parking area. - Tenant shall not park any cars or motor vehicles on the lawn, side yard, or other grassy area of the Premises.
- Unused or broken-down cars must be kept in garages. No such cars may be kept on the street or in the driveway.
- Tenant shall adhere to all applicable noise ordinances and shall keep music, car horns and other loud noises to a
minimum, particularly during sleeping hours. - Tenant shall not make alterations to the Property, including but not limited to exterior paint colors, interior paint colors,
swapping of appliances, etc., without Lessor’s prior written approval. - Tenant shall not litter in or around the Premises, the property surrounding the Premises, or common areas
