Accessing your portal

Step 1: Click the link provided in the activation email from ResiHome. 

Step 2: Once on the login page, enter your email address and click the “Next” button. 

Step 3: Enter your password and click “Log In”! 

Note: The first time you access the system you will be prompted to create a password and activate your account.

Paying your rent

Paying your rent

Step 1: Log into your Resident Portal.

Step 2: Click the “Make a Payment” button. 

Paying rent with ACH is the only payment option that does not incur processing fees! 

Step 3: Enter in your payment information (debit, credit, Apple pay, or ACH), and then click submit!

Submitting a maintenance request

Step 1: Log into your Resident Portal and click “Submit a Request”. 

Step 2: Follow the prompts such as selecting the severity of the issue, the category to describe the request, a description, and your preferred appointment dates and times.
