Although our decision is not solely based on credit, credit history should show that the resident has paid bills on time and does not have a history of debt write-offs or collection accounts. Yes! We require that you provide us with a copy of your Renters Insurance Declarations page. It should show proof of coverage at your new address and show ResiHome as Additional Insured, with a minimum of $100,000 in Liability Insurance. Furthermore, we also encourage you to get Personal Property Coverage for your personal belongings. ResiHome requires a copy of your Renters Insurance every year at renewal.

Yes, you can add a Co-Signer to your denied application, so long as the co-signer is making 5x the rent price and has a 620+ credit score.
