Qualifications checked out? Great! Review the listing of the home to find out which Real Estate Partner you can call for questions and to schedule a viewing of the home.

Time to Apply!

Our desirable homes fly off the market – don’t wait to apply! Click the “Apply Now” button on the property listing you are interested in and complete our secure online application form.

 

* Application fees are required for each occupant over 18 years of age. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. Applications are reviewed and processed through our online system and multiple applications may be received at any given time. An application may take up to 2 business days to process and receive approval from reporting services i.e. criminal background check and credit history.

What to Expect

You’ll Pay Your Holding Fees

Holding fees are taken on a first-come, first served basis. The first person to pay the holding fee takes the home off the market. Our homes go quickly, so don’t wait!

*A holding fee only takes the home off the market for 30 days. The holding fee is fully refundable within the first 48 hours of payment.

You’ll Make Sure the Home is Move-In Ready!

You may have already toured the home with the Referral Partner, but we want to make sure the home is up to your standards. You will now have 3 days (from the date you place your holding fee) to assess the home to make note of any immediate repairs necessary.

ResiHome will then have a maximum of 30 days to fix the necessary repairs.

If there are extenuating circumstances with the home, you will be offered another option or a full refund.

The Real Estate Partner will be there to help guide you through this process.

Utilities:

Pursuant to the terms of your lease, resident(s) are required to transfer and take financial responsibility for all utility services at the above listed address including, but not limited to:

  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Trash Removal Service

Resident Responsibilities

Renting a single-family home means more freedom, space, privacy, and enjoyment; it also means responsibility. ResiHome will take care of your home’s major maintenance issues, but you will be responsible for the routine upkeep of your home.
