You probably won’t have to look too hard to notice any insect problems this time of year. Ants, spiders, moths, and other insects are common and fairly easy to take care of. Remove cobwebs, keep ant poison handy, and make sure all doors and windows are tightly sealed/closed. Pest control is the resident’s responsibility.
However, if you suspect termites, please contact our Maintenance department immediately.
